GET JENNED is one of my fantastic new side projects. One that I’ve put off for years! I’ve had it on the back burner for so long it wilted and almost dried up in front of my eyes.
But having a few vintage jackets hanging around and it wasn’t long before my mind was conjuring up madcap visions of art being painted on the back of them. Another one of those ‘can’t sleep’ moments where your mind instantly switches up a gear instead of winding down and a plethora of crazy ideas start coming in. So out came my iPhone notes and I quickly jotted them down before I completely forgot about them. But you know when its not the sort of thing that you can forget… so up pops my new ‘Get Jenned’ 
project.
There’s something really freeing about being able to look at one of your ideas, come up with some random concoction and go to work on a jacket. To be honest most of my ideas so far have come pretty easily. It’s fun and liberating to keep creating with your own to hands instead of having to confirm to a set or expected path.
Who knows what may come next? Who cares? I’m enjoying the moment and hope you love these jackets that I’m lovingly handcrafting.
