My mixed media painting ‘An Eternal Tropical Flutter’ 2015 |
Tonight was the opening night for the Warrington Contemporary Open, part of this year’s Warrington Arts Festival.
Truly bigger and brighter than before, not only is there a great array of art on show in the Open, but alongside the city pavilions including Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle and Middlesborough and ‘The Dream of Modern Living’ featuring a roster of contemporary artists looking at IKEA, it is making for a truly spectacular year.
Did I mention that Ryan Gander is involved too (he was there tonight)…
More blogs and photos to come soon (after my holiday in France!)
